As part of the CoCreate2Innovate project (part of the Start For Future Alliance), a European initiative coordinated by the University of Pisa to accelerate solutions to real challenges through strategic collaborations, three workshops have been organized to support research teams and/or already established startups that have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with a TRL greater than 3 (i.e., a prototype or an initial version that demonstrates the fundamental product concept) from any sector and disciplinary field. The objective is to provide useful tools for market analysis and for co-creation with potential customers through exercises on business models and buyer personas (representations of ideal customers), to consequently direct business models.
The meetings, each lasting approximately two hours, will take place on the following dates:
- First meeting: June 4th, in the Mariani classroom at Polo Le Benedettine, 3:00 PM: INTRODUCTION;
- Second meeting: June 11th, in the Mariani classroom at Polo Le Benedettine, 3:00 PM: Co-creation and reflection WORKSHOP among involved startups;
- Third meeting: Early July (date to be defined): Matching & networking event with potential customers. This will be a structured opportunity to present your business projects, engage with the market, and create synergies with companies interested in your innovations.
